Shipping Policy
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment before your order is shipped. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, any available items may be shipped immediately, while the remaining items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, please rest assured that the remaining items are on the way.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available and update within the carrier's system.
If you do not receive your tracking information or have trouble locating your order, please contact our support team.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you believe you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@lumeraus.com.
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information regarding potential charges before placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lumera is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, our support team will do our best to help guide you through the claims process.
